Drako NRX Expert Lace Up Boxing Gloves Description:
The Quick-Lace closure system takes a lot of the extra work out of the lace up glove. Instead of requiring you to tighten all the lacing loops, this system tightens the whole wrist effectively by simply pulling on the ends of the laces.
The elongated padded finger tips and thumbs give the NRX Expert Lace Up gloves more room in the hand compartments. Fighters using full length hand wraps will find this extra space especially welcome.
The NRX Expert Lace Up glove has an inner core made with micro-cellular NRX FOAM™ technology. NRX FOAM™ is a soft, contouring material that has open, breathable cells that dissipate force during high speed impact.
These Drako boxing gloves have lycra lining in the hand compartments. This is due to lycra’s antimicrobial properties.
Size Guide:
Note: the ounces measurement refers to the weight of the padding the glove has, not the size of the hand compartment. The hand compartments in these leather boxing gloves are one-size-fits-all.
10oz boxing gloves: these lace up boxing gloves are the size used in professional competition. They are also ideal for pad and bag work.
16oz boxing gloves: these leather gloves are best for sparring sessions and rigorous training because they offer a large amount of protection for the user and help to prevent injuries.
Note: we provide this size guide to give you a good idea of which glove is best for you, but it is always better to consult your instructor or one of our staff. That way, you can be sure about which glove is perfect for your needs.
