Who is the Youth Program for?

Our Youth Program is designed for kids and teens of all experience levels. Whether your child is brand new to boxing or already active in sports, classes are structured to meet them where they are.

What will my child learn in class?

Participants learn boxing fundamentals, coordination, movement, and age-appropriate strength training while developing confidence, focus, and discipline in a positive environment.

Is the program safe for kids and teens?

Yes. All classes are non-contact and led by experienced coaches who prioritize safety, proper technique, and supportive instruction at all times.

What should my child bring to class?

Comfortable athletic clothing, running shoes, and a water bottle are all that’s needed. Boxing gloves and equipment can be provided if needed.
