Do I need boxing experience to join?

No experience is needed. She Hits is designed to welcome beginners while still challenging those with experience. We teach proper technique from the ground up and progress week by week so you feel confident and capable.

What should I bring to She Hits?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and training shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Boxing gloves can be provided if needed. Most importantly, come ready to learn, train hard, and support the women around you.
